Captain Jack’s Wharf

When Captain Jacks converted to condominiums twenty years ago, owners began to make changes that

were not necessarily in keeping with the character of the wharf.  We were hired to write design and

alteration guidelines for the condominium association to ensure that any changes to structures on the

wharf were consistent not just with the materials and design but also consistent with the intangible,

experiential aspects of this iconic property.
