8 Cook Street

Enclosed second floor balconies or sleeping porches as they were known were common in Provincetown

in the 19th and early 20th century.  The new owner of this property wanted to improve its 1980s box

shape by adding this feature to it.  Our role was project planning and permitting.  Project design by
