Whaler’s Wharf

On February 10th, 1998, Whaler's Wharf burned to the ground and threatened to take the town with it. We were hired to create the redevelopment plan for the property, shepherd it through a laborious state and local permit process and ensure that the site returned to being the vital engine of economic opportunity it had been for small local businesses. Equally important to us was retaining the sense of place that Whaler's Wharf had for both residents and visitors in its decades before the fire.
