Repurposing a cherished community resource requires sensitivity, careful planning and consideration. The town of Provincetown signed a 99 year lease with a not for profit to create co-working and artist studio space in the former community center. Our role was planning, permitting and project management. Our work ensured that collective memory was retained while breathing new life into the property
